We treat your property with complete respect, maintaining a clean, organized job site swept daily. From first post to final walkthrough, we build to last.

Our Method

A structured design-to-build process

We eliminate the guesswork with a rigid six-stage construction timeline that guarantees zero hidden costs and absolute structural integrity.

01. Consultation

02. Design & Materials

03. Permits & HOA

We assess your backyard topography and discuss your outdoor living goals to establish a clear, transparent project scope.

Choose from premium composite engineering or natural cedar. We model your deck in 3D to visualize every architectural detail.

We handle all Cary municipal permitting and HOA approvals, ensuring your framing is engineered to exceed local building codes.

04. Precision Framing

05. Decking Finish

06. Walkthrough

Our local craftsmen establish a rock-solid foundation, utilizing joist tape and robust structural hardware for maximum longevity.

We install your premium composite or PVC decking using a clean, hidden-fastener finish with perfectly mitered picture-frame borders.

We sweep the site daily, and conduct a meticulous joint-by-joint inspection with you to guarantee your absolute satisfaction.
